Conversation with Nick McHenry, CEO, OneShop

Nick McHenry shares insights on the shifts in clientelling, drawing from his experience in many fashion retailing environments from mass to luxury. He emphasizes the need to offer a personalized experiences, which he describes as less about technology and more about empathy and understanding.

Nick is the Co-Founder and CEO of OneShop - a clienteling software platform that helps retailers and sales associates connect and build deeper relationships with their customers through personalized communication at scale. Prior to starting OneShop, Nick spent his career building luxury fashion wholesale businesses working for brands such as Giorgio Armani, Philipp Plein, and Boglioli specializing in finding creative opportunities for growth. As an early stage startup founder Nick works with retailers and sales associates on the front lines every day to revolutionize the store experience for the future of brick and mortar retail.  

Nick is also the host of the podcast, Retail Coffee Break.
