Introducing "News Bytes": Breaking News and Current Issues in Fashion

We’re excited to announce a new project, News Bytes. Yes, we’re going a bit “old school” with the name, but our goal is offer perspective and analysis on breaking news stories and current issues in the fashion industry. Each episode is written, produced and hosted by Fashion Consort founder Joshua Williams.

“As a consultant and a professor, I have the opportunity to share my ideas and perspectives with clients and students. News Bytes becomes a way to amplify the conversation. For those in fashion, perhaps it engages a different perspective. And for the general public, I hope it brings some context to the conversation.”

News Bytes are produced on a weekly basis and grouped together by month. Each “byte” is under two minutes in duration, perfect for use in the media and the classroom. Bonus episodes are added that feature full-length conversations with agency members on myriad topics related to fashion, retail and higher education.

Educators: If you are a teacher, you are welcome to use News Bytes in the classroom and even post them on any LMS platform. We only ask that proper credit be given along with a link to Fashion Consort.
